RESERVATIONS:
Reservations are confirmed with 50% deposit of the total amount. Balance is due 30 days prior to check-in date. We honor major credit cards as Visa, Master Card, and American Express. For your convenience we will automatically charge the credit card given at time of reservation. If you would like to use an alternate method of payment, please let us know in advance.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
The Guest may cancel their booking at any time up to or during the Rental Period. In the event that the Guest exercises their right to cancel, the Broker will charge the following cancellation penalty percentage rates of the Total Rental Fee:
- Up to 60 days prior to the arrival date 20%
- Between 30 and 60 days prior to the arrival date 40%
- Less than 30 days prior to the arrival date 100%
During the Rental Period: The Broker regrets that it is unable to waive any of the cancellation charges above, whatever the circumstances. The Broker recommends that all guests take out adequate cancellation or vacation insurance. There will be no reimbursement of money if clients cancel or vacates the premises prior to the termination of this agreement.
CANCELLATION INSURANCE: Trip cancellation insurance can be purchased through any insurance company.
DAMAGE DEPOSITS: There is a $500 damage deposit for the 1 bedroom unit, $800 for the 2 bedroom unit, and $1000 for the 3 bedroom villa. The Damage deposit is fully refundable to you provided there are no damages, missing items or long distance telephone calls charged to the villa's telephone.
MINIMUM STAY: 3 nights.
WINTER SEASON MINIMUM STAY: 7 nights.
TAX: 7% Room Tax, 5% Resort Fee.
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT: Check in at 3:00p.m, Check out is at 12:00noon.
TRANSPORTATION: For your convenience there is an Enterprise Car Rental booth at the main lobby of the hotel.
POLICY: The property is reserved exclusively for those people named on the booking form and no other persons are permitted to stay at the Villa unless this has been agreed in writing prior to the rental period. Pets are not permitted in the Villas without prior agreement; an additional $300 deposit may be required. No smoking is permitted in the villas.
RESPONSABILIY OR LIABILITY:
Neither the Agent or the owner assumes any responsibility or liability whatsoever regarding your person, or whom you represent, or personal property while you or whom you represent on this agreement, reside in the villa, apartment, or condo and you agree to relinquish all such responsability or liability from them.
As of December 31, 2006, all U.S. citizens traveling to and from the Bahamas, Bermuda, Caribbean Islands, and Panama will be required to have a valid passport. US citizens do not need a Passport to enter or leave Puerto Rico.
